Two weeks per month schedule -- 1st week outpatient, 2nd week inpatient Outpatient week: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm with 4 half-day clinics Inpatient census 4 - 8 patients with 24-hour call coverage Outpatient duties include clinic, dialysis unit coverage Low likelihood of facility callback during call coverage We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
