Position: Senior Financial Analyst Location: Holland, MI (primarily onsite) Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 base + 5% bonus potential About the Senior Financial Analyst Role We are seeking a high-potential Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team supporting manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for turning complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, and is designed to be a role with quick growth potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst Prepare and deliver board-level presentations using global financial data across multiple sectors Lead forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives Partner cross-functionally to drive business performance and financial decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting and planning processes Ideal Senior Financial Analyst Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience; manufacturing industry experience a plus Strong business acumen with a focus on cash flow and operational metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate and influence across levels Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in career progression Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred #LI-MS6 #ZRCFS
