Define and execute go‑to‑market and commercialization plans for new charging products and partnerships, from pilot through scaled global rollout.

Strong financial acumen, including comfort with P&L, unit economics, and investment/return tradeoffs.
Multi‑year experience managing or owning commercial outcomes in a charging, mobility, or analogous business.
Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and manage multiple custom business partnerships from initial development through ongoing relationship management and issue resolution.
Exceptional people skills and executive presence, with a strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
