Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Assistant or General Manager position based in Silicon Valley. The Assistant/General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, and support staff in achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities include:
Managing team performance
Coordinating schedules
Optimizing operational efficiency
Ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
Assisting in implementing process improvements

Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate employees.

Ability to analyze and optimize business performance metrics.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Capable of fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
