Guide clients through high-stakes divorce and custody matters while collaborating with a skilled legal team. Take immediate ownership of sophisticated cases, manage courtroom proceedings, and negotiate strategic settlements. Balance legal strategy, discretion, and client counseling at an advanced professional level. Key Responsibilities
Lead litigation matters including divorce, custody, support, and asset division. Draft motions, pleadings, legal briefs, settlement agreements, and related documents. Represent clients in mediations, trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings. Conduct complex case evaluations and determine optimal strategic paths. Negotiate discreet and meaningful resolutions with opposing counsel. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to internal strategy sessions. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards. Qualifications
Minimum 20 years practicing family law in California. Established record handling complex litigation and high-conflict cases. Excellent courtroom advocacy skills and extensive motion practice experience. Proven ability to manage large caseloads independently. Superior judgment, professional discretion, and client communication skills. Education & Certifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Family law specialization certification preferred but not mandatory. Skills & Attributes
