Lead store operations and achieve performance goals, including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
Implement a comprehensive multi‑week training program and provide tools to make strategic decisions.
Make decisions regarding P&L, execute business plans, and maintain product quality.
Increase sales, build community relationships, coach staff, and identify and develop talent.
Our Ideal Candidate Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment passionate about personal, hands‑on service. Proven growth in previous roles, understands P&L impact, executes business plans, and upholds product quality.
What Makes Us Different 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality, yet not stuffy. We believe in balance. Closed on Sundays; managers typically work about 50 hours per week with full accountability over store operations.
