Description Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, a New York State approved Level III Perinatal Center. Lincoln’s Perinatal Center offers specialized services to address complex health needs of high‑risk newborns. Located just 15 minutes from NYC, Lincoln is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University.

Opportunity Details

Caring for newborn infants until they are ready to go home.

Providing prenatal care for high‑risk infants.

Caring for infants’ nutrition to ensure optimal growth and development and finding alternative ways to feed infants who struggle to suckle.

Qualifications

Board Certification in Pediatrics Required.

Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal‑Perinatal Medicine Required.

Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.

Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary:

$224,000* (board eligible); $239,750* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week.

Estimated annual total value of the compensation package:

$341,920** (board eligible) and $359,245** (board certified), which includes baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week: $55,520.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution: Employees immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings; after one year of service, an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings; no employee match required.

Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top‑tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you; additional voluntary coverage available.

Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.

Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence‑based): Provided at no cost to the employee.

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Pre‑tax employee‑paid contributions for commuting expenses.
