We operate as a remote‑first company, but there are a handful of us in San Francisco who like to come to the office to collaborate.
What You’ll Do
Write clean, elegant code to ship new features and keep our platform humming
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable systems that enable our clinical team to deliver personalized, data‑driven care
Push the boundaries of our new AI‑powered tools, building agents that make clinicians drastically more efficient and effective
Enhance our mobile experience, ensuring parents and families feel connected and supported throughout their journey
Mentor other engineers, providing technical guidance and thoughtful code reviews, and generally fostering a culture of engineering excellence
Collaborate with product and clinical leadership to influence the technical roadmap and ensure we are tackling the most impactful problems
Who You Are
Have 5+ years of experience shipping high‑quality, scalable software systems
Have a high level of proficiency in system and relational database design and one or more languages like Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, Go, etc.
Have experience developing applications with modern front‑end frameworks like React or Vue.js
Are passionate about staying on the cutting‑edge of agentic tooling to significantly accelerate delivery and amplify engineering impact
Have a track record of delivering elegant and maintainable solutions to complex problems that matter

Have prior experience in AI/ML, natural language processing or building agent‑based systems
Have previously worked in a fast‑paced, product‑oriented environment
