You will own the product vision, roadmap, and market positioning for the product, shaping how AI orchestration transforms enterprises. This role is deeply strategic, connecting market opportunity, client needs, and technology capabilities into a cohesive product direction that differentiates our company in the AI era. You will partner with engineering, transformation, and marketing teams to bring the product story to life across industries, starting with healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the product as our AI orchestration platform.
Translate market trends, client feedback, and enterprise pain points into a compelling, future-focused product strategy.
Partner with leadership to identify new use cases, vertical expansions, and ecosystem partnerships that extend the product’s reach.
Own the product roadmap, balancing innovation with market readiness and business impact.
Prioritize strategic investments in orchestration capabilities, agent frameworks, and AI-driven workflows.
Shape cross-functional alignment between product, AI, and transformation teams to ensure roadmap clarity and focus.
Lead the narrative and value proposition for the product across client, analyst, and internal channels.
Develop clear messaging, proof points, and success stories that demonstrate measurable outcomes and differentiation.
Partner with go-to-market teams to define launch strategies, pricing frameworks, and product collateral that drive adoption.
Requirements
10+ years in product management or strategy roles in enterprise SaaS, AI, or workflow platforms.
Strong strategic orientation and able to connect market signals to long-term product bets.
Deep understanding of how enterprises adopt and scale AI within complex ecosystems.
Experience defining product vision, go-to-market strategy, and competitive differentiation.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills and able to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA strongly preferred and highly valuable to this role.
Experience defining and articulating the vision of the product as a multi-agent, agentic platform.
Ability to drive competitive market positioning and ensure the product remains differentiated.
Strong Voice of the Customer (VOC) orientation, including participation in pre-sales conversations, customer user groups, and interactions with analysts and market research firms (e.g., Gartner).
Experience developing capability roadmaps and partnering with engineering leadership—specifically Senior AI Engineering stakeholders—to guide what should be built and when.
