Assistant Director of Finance – Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is searching for an Assistant Director of Finance.

Responsibilities
- Assist in direction and administration of all financial operations to deliver guest service and financial profitability.
- Manage the finance department, including special projects, performance monitoring, professional development, scheduling, counseling, recognition, recruitment, interviewing and training.
- Directly oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit and Night Audit functions.
- Prepare budgets, maintain spending controls, and prepare annual depreciation schedules for furniture, equipment, building supplies, revisions and alterations.
- Review and approve ledger account reconciliations, bank statements, assets, liabilities and credit cards.
- Coordinate and review monthly financial statements for accuracy, monitor coding of cash receipts.
- Assist Director with internal daily audits of cash deposits, transfers, and preparation for the capital budget.
- Prepare financial reports, utility and telephone accruals, inventory records and ensure compliance with billing and credit standards.
- Review and approve tax returns for federal and state compliance.
- Monitor, approve and prepare daily payroll accounts and issue all paychecks.
Qualifications
- At least five years of hotel finance experience.
- At least five years of management experience.
- Experience with reviewing General Ledger and month‑end closing.
- Proficiency in Excel.
