The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and President. The CFO will shape the financial strategy, scale systems and processes, and provide insight-driven guidance to support profitable growth and operational excellence.

The Opportunity
The CFO will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution—driving financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning enterprise-wide initiatives. This leader will oversee FP&A, Accounting & Reporting, and Continuous Improvement, while acting as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, and other functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, President, and Executive Leadership Team to define and execute strategic and operational plans.
- Lead all aspects of financial management: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, tax, treasury, and compliance.
- Provide actionable insights and business intelligence to maximize company value.
- Oversee enterprise risk management, internal controls, and financial relationships with banks and external advisors.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency initiatives across the business.
- Support M&A activity through financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, instilling discipline, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with at least 10 years at the executive level in companies with $1.5B+ revenue.
- Proven success in family-owned, private equity, or entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services.
- Deep expertise in FP&A, controllership, treasury, risk management, and operational finance.
- Experience leading M&A diligence and integration efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance teams, systems, and processes.
- High integrity, collaborative leadership style, and strong communication skills.
