Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a hands‑on operator and strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and private equity investors. This role requires more than high‑level strategy; it demands an executive who thrives in the details, executes under pressure, and embraces the challenges of scaling a global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsors to define and execute the global growth strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing financial insight and operational grounding to strategic decisions.
  • Manage board and investor relations with credibility and data‑driven transparency.
  • Lead all finance functions: FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and investor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and global regulatory requirements.
  • Drive discipline around budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across regions.
  • Implement ERP (NetSuite preferred) and standardize processes globally.
  • Navigate operational transitions and address previous execution gaps.
  • Oversee key international markets with regulatory, margin, and growth challenges.
  • Manage integration of a recent acquisition with a focus on capital equipment sales execution.
  • Optimize resources while ensuring finance drives critical projects and outcomes.
  • Partner with PE sponsors on value creation initiatives and exit readiness.
  • Evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions and partnerships worldwide.
  • Lead post‑merger integration to capture synergies and align operations.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing global finance team.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Lead with grit, decisiveness, and confidence while balancing maturity and stamina in a demanding, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in global operations; manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven success as a CFO or divisional CFO in complex, global enterprises.
  • Direct experience in private equity‑backed companies strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading M&A transactions and integration.
  • ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred).
  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and international regulatory frameworks a plus.
  • Hands‑on operator with strategic perspective.
  • Grit, energy, and decisiveness.

  • Change leadership and integration execution.
  • Ability to thrive with limited resources.

Compensation

  • Base compensation: $325K–$350K per year.
  • Performance‑based incentives and equity opportunities aligned with PE ownership structure.
  • Annual bonus, sign‑on bonus, and RSUs.
  • Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr – $350,000.00/yr.
