About the Role
East 57th Street Partners is proud to partner with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization based in Tampa, Florida, to identify a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a critical leadership position for a company poised for significant national expansion and operational scale. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading all financial functions and driving the business’s next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth and profitability objectives
- Oversee all core finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a dynamic and scaling business
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering financial insights that drive informed decision-making
- Manage banking relationships, investor communications, and third-party partnerships, including auditors and tax advisors
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including internal dashboards, board reporting, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all applicable financial, regulatory, and tax reporting standards
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A , capital raising, and new business ventures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented, multi-entity environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred
- Strong background in financial strategy, operational finance, and business planning
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, building infrastructure, and scaling financial operations
- Track record of success in managing investor relations, fundraising, and institutional relationships
- Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologies
- Must be based in the Tampa metro area and able to operate in a flexible on-site/hybrid capacity
