To support scale, M&A and long‑term value creation, we are strengthening our finance leadership team with a focus on analytics, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

Position Summary

The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role will provide insights into business performance, support decision‑making for executives and private equity sponsors, and drive initiatives to improve profitability and growth. The Director will partner closely with the CFO, Controller, operations, and PE sponsors to build a best‑in‑class FP&A function capable of supporting a dynamic, high‑growth business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budget, reforecasting, and long‑range planning processes; develop financial models to support growth initiatives.
  • Provide reporting and insights on revenue, margin, and operating costs; analyze KPIs and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with CFO and PE sponsors on board presentations, lender reporting, and value‑creation initiatives; support M&A modeling and integration.
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, and supply‑chain leaders to drive performance improvements; translate financial results into actionable insights.
  • Implement FP&A tools, dashboards, and automation to improve forecasting and reporting; enhance accuracy and scalability of the FP&A function.
  • Own data and business intelligence to provide real‑time data and analytics across the business.
  • Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation support during due diligence; build acquisition and integration budgets, forecasts, and performance‑tracking models; provide post‑close reporting on deal performance, synergies achieved, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in FP&A leadership.
  • Strong modeling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
  • Experience in PE‑backed or leveraged environments.
  • Multi‑site manufacturing or industrials industry exposure.
  • Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, etc.).
