Power BI Developer / Analyst

You will own end-to-end analytics (e.g., data ingestion, data preparation/modeling, dashboards & insights delivery). As a SME in data visualization best practices, you will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support clinician wellbeing efforts.

Work a
fully onsite schedule in Marietta: 5 days in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 60%: developing Power BI dashboards from start to finish, managing datasets, & preparing data via SQL Server 40%: pulling & integrating survey data from disparate sources, supporting the team with data needs, and presenting findings & technical concepts in celar, accessible language Develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards from raw data through final visualization Design & build publication-ready, interactive, and self-guided dashboards Select visualization methods, interactivity, drill-down structures, and delivery mechanisms Pull survey data from disparate sources & support broader team analytics needs Present findings & dashboards to stakeholders; explain data insights in laymans terms Extract, clean, & manage datasets from a variety of internal sources Utilize SQL Server/SQL to prepare, transform, & query data Manage dataset accuracy, reliability, lineage, & metadata Identify data quality issues & recommend solutions Work with teams to ensure appropriate data models are developed Work with Analytics team & other stakeholders for requirements gathering & project scoping Support ad-hoc data requests & broader team data needs
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline 6+ years of end-to-end Power BI development experience, Experience designing & building publication-ready interactive & self-guided data visualizations via Power BI, with diverse sets of structured / unstructured data Strong
SQL Server / SQL skills Advanced Excel skills Experience working directly with customers for requirements gathering, functional design, development, & delivery of interactive data visualization Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to pass a drug test & background check
PREFERRED: Clinical or Healthcare data experience
