You understand why youre building something, not just how. Leadership Mindset
You can lead timelines, priorities, and communication, even without a formal management title. Desired Experience Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 57 years
of full-time software engineering experience. Expert-level Python
skills. Demonstrated growth in
technical ownership , architecture, or system design. Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers. Strong front-end skills:
HTML, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, React . Strong back-end experience:
Python
or
Node.js . Experience building and deploying
REST or GraphQL APIs . Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
Docker . Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Strong familiarity with
Git/GitHub . Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have Experience in
energy or carbon systems analytics . UI/UX or
data visualization
experience (e.g., dashboards). Background in
AI/ML projects . Experience launching products from 01 in a
