Skills Required Technical Expertise Core Technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST, JSON, ActiveMQ. Microservices architecture, API gateways, caching strategies. Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates). Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, automated pipelines, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Integration & Security: SOA principles, secure coding, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, compliance frameworks. Leadership & Consulting Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor developers. Strategic thinking with problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure. Domain Knowledge Aviation systems (Crew Scheduling, Flight Ops) preferred for AA TOPS context. Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards. Experience 10–15+ years in technology projects; 5+ years in architecture roles. Proven track record in large‑scale enterprise solutions and cloud‑native modernization. Certifications (Preferred) AWS/Azure Solution Architect. SAFe Agilist or SPC for scaled agile delivery.
