Accounts Payable Specialist , you will be responsible for: Processing high-volume invoices and ensuring timely vendor payments Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting Collaborating with procurement and operations teams to improve workflows
Qualifications
The ideal
Accounts Payable Specialist
will bring: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
