You’ll work closely with senior IR professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and gain deep exposure across fundraising, investor communications, data analytics, and market insights.

What You’ll Own

Investor Communications & Requests

  • Complete RFPs/RFIs and maintain Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Support investor information requests during fundraising cycles and throughout ongoing investor relationships

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform fund‑level, investor‑level, and market‑level analysis
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support for special IR initiatives and strategic projects

Reporting & Materials

  • Assist with recurring reporting, including performance updates and client‑ready communications
  • Update marketing collateral, pitch materials, and investor letters
  • Maintain consultant, CRM, and performance databases to ensure data accuracy

What You Bring

  • Strong academic background (BS/BA)
  • 0–4 years of experience in asset management, consulting, financial services, or investment marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting large datasets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks large and small
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and curious with a strong work ethic
  • Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not already licensed
