Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relationship Management
- Customer service focused contact for investors, advisers, and custodians responsible for onboarding, responding to inquiries, and providing reports and statements.
- Update and maintain investor databases, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Understand and assess investor sentiment and implement programs to raise awareness and address issues.
Communications & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute regular reports, portfolio updates, and market research to investors.
- Collaborate with accounting and investment teams to distribute capital account statements, capital calls, distribution notices, tax documents, quarterly reports and annual disclosures.
- Draft responses to questionnaires, data requests, RFPs and due‑diligence questionnaires (DDQs) received from investors and consultants.
Marketing and Event Support
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and investment performance benchmarks to inform investor communications and strategy.
- Support fundraising activities, including crafting presentation materials and financial analysis for investor outreach.
- Maintain pulse on platform activities to articulate key developments for LPs.
- Organize investor meetings, and other events to foster engagement.
Compliance
- Work with internal and external compliance leads to ensure all investor communications meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in investor relations, capital markets, credit, fund formation, corporate development, or private equity.
- Technical Skills: Exposure to private‑equity markets and investment strategies; extensive work with presentation tools. Experience working within a CRM platform for IR a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently and in team settings.
