Required Skills

  • Proven track record in partnership management, channel sales, or business development within the software or technology sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiations skills
  • Ability to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders and high-value partners
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles, channel business models, and go-to-market strategies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard productivity tools
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience managing global or complex channel ecosystems
  • Expertise in developing partner incentive programs and co-marketing initiatives
  • Ability to represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and partner meetings

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Significant experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development roles within B2B technology companies, with a preference for experience in global markets or complex channel environments
  • Demonstrated success in securing new partnerships and managing strategic relationships over time

  • Willingness and ability to travel to partner sites, industry events, and conferences as needed
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation of partner activities, forecasts, and pipeline data within CRM systems
