One of our well-funded, series C startups in the AI deployment and inference space is looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on startup customers
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, solutions, and marketing
  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Champion customer feedback to inform roadmap and product direction
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report on team performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years leading B2B sales teams in fast-growth environments
  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of GTM best practices
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving multidimensional problems
  • Passion for building systems and processes from 0 → 1
  • Executive presence with a track record of building trusted customer relationships
  • Deep curiosity or passion for AI and developer platforms
