Enterprise Sales Manager. Responsibilities Lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on startup customers Own and execute go-to-market strategy Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion Collaborate cross-functionally with product, solutions, and marketing Serve as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders Champion customer feedback to inform roadmap and product direction Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report on team performance What We’re Looking For 8+ years leading B2B sales teams in fast-growth environments Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of GTM best practices Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving multidimensional problems Passion for building systems and processes from 0 → 1 Executive presence with a track record of building trusted customer relationships Deep curiosity or passion for AI and developer platforms About Us: Greylock is an early-stage investor in hundreds of remarkable companies including Airbnb, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Workday, Cloudera, Facebook, Instagram, Roblox, Coinbase, Palo Alto Networks, among others.
