About the role
They’re looking for their first GTM hire – a scrappy, curious, and relationship‑driven Account Executive who will help them build trust with brokers and logistics providers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, running demos, and closing deals
- Develop deep relationships in customs brokerage and logistics
- Relentlessly prospect into a defined list of accounts
- Evangelize Amari at trade shows and industry events, becoming a trusted voice in the space
Must haves
- 3 - 5 years of experience in full cycle sales at a B2B SaaS company in the logistics industry
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Demonstrated track record across the full cycle (e.g., cold calling as a BDR then closing deals as an AE but ideally full cycle AE experience)
- History of quota (over) attainment and/or President's Club/equivalent
- Experience with short deal cycles / high‑velocity sales (their average sales cycle is 6 weeks and average ACV is $40‑60k)
Compensation
Base: $95,000 to $150,000
OTE: $170,000 to $300,000
