As a Staffing Consultant you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles within your local market. This full‑cycle recruiting role requires you to source, engage, and place candidates, while building strong relationships and coaching them through every step of the job search process. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking. Proactive cold calling to identify prospects, establishing a strong candidate pipeline. Interview prospective candidates and assess fit. Prep candidates for client interviews—review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews. Extend job offers, manage offer process, and ensure smooth onboarding. Check in with candidates on assignment to support their success. Requirements Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, demonstrated by active listening and clear explanations. A love for working with people and a genuine interest in their career development. High self‑motivation and the drive to exceed outreach goals (e.g., 100+ calls per day). Leadership ability and competitive spirit to thrive in a partnership model. Discretion and independent judgment in matching candidates and clients.
