Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr A prominent financial services firm in Chicago is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This person needs to be a driven, enthusiastic professional who is eager to grow and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, fast‑paced organization. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive salary of $100,000–$140,000, depending on experience. This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Responsibilities of the EA to CEO: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and full travel logistics, including booking, itineraries, and adjustments Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong, professional relationships Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and board materials Support board meeting preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions Coordinate special projects and operational initiatives across the organization Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Assist with light personal assistant tasks as needed Manage event planning, including both internal and external engagements Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency Provide flexible availability, including evenings and occasional weekends Qualifications of the EA to CEO: 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C‑suite leadership Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Demonstrated experience working with boards, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams Proven ability to operate in fast‑moving environments with exceptional attention to detail High initiative, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive, resourceful work style Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information Comfortable with providing flexible hour support when necessary Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance dental and life insurance PTO 401(k) plan Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full‑time Job function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
