What You’ll Do As Accounting Manager, you’ll lead and support essential financial functions for multiple companies, including: Accounting Managing the monthly close and preparing accurate financial statements Overseeing general ledger activity and ensuring data integrity Producing financial reports on a periodic basis Providing account analysis and reconciliations Working with cross-functional teams to establish processes resulting in accurate accounting records Approving vendor bills in ERP system and preparing weekly check run Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and staff Automation Administering NetSuite ERP Developing NetSuite reports and Excel applications using Power Query Overseeing sales tax filings processed by Avalara Overseeing expense management software to be implemented in 2026 Identifying how AI can be applied in Accountingdepartment Implementing AI solutions Development Path – Future Responsibilities Finance Leadership Strategic financial planning and analysis Treasury and cash management Responsible for and oversight of all accounting functions and reporting including payroll Management of accounting staff Forecasting and budgeting Tax planning and tax return preparation Assess AI and other technology solutions that will benefit your functional areas and lead solutions implementation Legal Review company agreements consulting with outside counsel as needed Negotiate agreement terms with customers, vendors and other third parties Human Resources Direct and oversee the activity of HR Manager who is responsible for all functional areas of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Discretion with confidential information A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow Genuine interest in AI, automation, and business innovation Ability to think strategically and adapt to a rapidly changing environment Experience in any of the following is a plus: NetSuite or comparable ERP systems TurboTax Legal contract review Human resources Why Join Us Competitive compensation and benefits A clear path for career advancement Direct mentorship from the CFO A collaborative, supportive team culture Opportunity to shape the future of finance through innovation Be part of a company that’s investing in technology, talent, and transformation If you're ready to grow into a strategic financial leader and want to be part of a company that’s embracing the future, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
