Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, maintaining internal controls, and supporting business decisions through insightful analysis. • Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations with a focus on precision and compliance.
• Deliver accurate financial statements while adhering to established accounting standards.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and support audit processes.
• Investigate and resolve variances in balance sheets and profit-and-loss accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and commercial teams to address financial matters and drive informed decision-making.
• Conduct detailed analyses on revenue, margins, pricing, and operational costs to support business strategies.
• Provide financial insights for contracts, deals, and customer-level decisions as required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership initiatives.

Requirements - Proven experience with month-end close processes and general ledger management.

• Strong proficiency in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Knowledge of financial statement audits and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve balance sheet and profit-and-loss variances.
• Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
