Accounting Manager – Symphony Towers Infrastructure
Job Summary
Reporting to the Controller and CFO, the Accounting Manager will oversee the accuracy and integrity of the financial operations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on financial planning & analysis, debt compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review debt compliance reporting to lenders, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate closely with the Controller and CFO to analyze research, manage, and produce detailed financial analysis for decision‑making at all levels of the Company.
Support strategic planning, new business policies, and program implementation routinely.
Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries.
Assist the Controller in preparing and distributing weekly Sales model forecasts.
Conduct financial planning & analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunity‑efficiency improvements.Work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Manage account relationships with external banks and lenders.
Provide key project analysis and ad hoc support to the Controllers & CFO.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in accounting/Finance or related field required.
5 to 7 years of work experience in an analyst or accounting role.
2‑4 years of experience in public accounting at a medium or large CPA firm preferred.
CPA preferred.
Treasury and debt finance experience a plus.
Real Estate experience a plus.
Experience with NetSuite a plus.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prioritization and time management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong team collaboration.
Proven ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to make critical decisions while following Company processes and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Office, and Word.
