Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Specifically looking for associate available 15-25 hours...Tues Thurs and Saturdays and other shifts as needed.

Must be available Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of retail math for basic calculations
