$120K-$150K plus bonus Opportunity to work with a company that is driving innovation in the manufacturing industry Collaborative and growth-oriented culture with a strong commitment to sustainability Chance to influence strategic decisions and contribute to long-term success Mission-driven and stable organization with over 30 years in business Key Responsibilities Lead and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Manage and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
