About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Director of HRIS
to oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and HR systems for a large, multi-location workforce. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in payroll management, benefits strategy, and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HRIS strategy and payroll operations for
1,000+ employees
across multiple locations. Manage and optimize
ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
systems and integrations. Oversee
multi-payroll processing
and resolve complex payroll issues. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Direct benefits administration , including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other employee programs. Partner with vendors to manage benefits enrollment, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Drive system enhancements and reporting capabilities to support business needs.
Qualifications
7+ years of payroll experience
with increasing responsibility. ADP Workforce Now experience is required . Background in
manufacturing industry
is a must. Proven experience managing payroll for
large employee populations (1,000+) . Experience overseeing
benefits administration
and vendor management. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
