Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in helping scale our Engineering & Product organization for the next phase of growth. You will partner closely with technical leadership to attract talent aligned with SmithRx’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
Own the hiring process for critical technical roles (ML, Data, DevOps, SWE) from intake to close, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer negotiation.
Build robust pipelines of passive talent leveraging creative sourcing techniques.
Maintain a white‑glove experience, reflecting SmithRx values and culture at every touchpoint.
Provide consultative support to Hiring Managers and leaders, leveraging data insights on talent market and candidate pipeline to advise on strategic decisions.
Partner with People team to execute on TA‑related projects, programs, and initiatives.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles; experience in fast‑growth start‑up roles highly preferred.
Collaborated well with engineering teams and overcome hiring challenges through close partnerships.
Empathetic communicator, able to influence and build connections with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Advocate for candidates and take pride in facilitating excellent candidate experiences.
Familiar with an ATS and able to report on hiring progress and challenges (Greenhouse).
Proactive, preferring to explore solutions rather than be given instructions.
Independent, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible, detail‑oriented, and capable of prioritizing.
