Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to play a pivotal role in helping scale our Engineering & Product organization for the next phase of growth. You will partner closely with technical leadership to attract talent aligned with SmithRx's mission and values.
What you will do
Identify and engage talent for the Engineering & Product teams, aligned with our mission of reducing healthcare costs.
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, and calibrate sourcing approaches as needed.
Lead creative strategies to uncover and drive talent to the company, building proactive relationships with passive candidates.
Maintain a white glove experience, reflecting SmithRx values and culture at every touchpoint.
What you will bring to SmithRx
3+ years of experience sourcing top technical talent; experience in high‑growth in‑house or fast‑paced agency environments highly preferred.
You collaborate well with engineering teams and have overcome hiring challenges through close partnerships.
You are an empathetic communicator, able to influence and build connections with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
You advocate for your candidates and take pride in facilitating excellent candidate experiences.
You are proactive.
