Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr
We're partnered with a high-profile, engineering-first startup that’s quietly reshaping how complex software systems are tested and validated. With early traction from powerhouses like Palantir, MongoDB, and Ethereum , they’re already generating serious revenue, and now gearing up for the next phase of growth.
They’re now hiring top-tier (Senior) Account Executives to help scale new business on the West Coast. This is a unique chance to own meaningful enterprise relationships at a company solving a real, painful problem for software teams .

What you’ll do:
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales — from prospecting through close
- Manage relationships with senior technical stakeholders at growth-stage and enterprise companies
- Clearly articulate a highly technical value prop to both engineers and execs
- Collaborate tightly with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure strong delivery
- Build strategic account plans to hit (and exceed) revenue goals
What you’ll bring:
- Experience selling to technical buyers (bonus if you have a pre-sales or engineering background)
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Hunger to build something early, and get rewarded for it
- Curiosity, grit, and a sharp commercial instinct
- Competitive base + 10% uncapped commission + higher banding for large deals and being above target
- Equity in a fast-scaling deep-tech company
- Clear team revenue target of $15M by 2025 — you’ll be a key part of that journey
- Backing from tier-1 investors, strong customer proof, and huge market potential
