What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in process management, automation, or system configuration, ideally within technology‑driven or operations‑heavy environments.
  • Experience with commercial systems such as Salesforce and Appian, including system configuration, process automation, or integration projects that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, or business process orchestration tools; exposure to AI workflow orchestration, LLM‑powered automation, or agentic AI systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a systems mindset and ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with technical teams (Product, Engineering, or Data) and business stakeholders to deliver technology‑enabled process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to simplify complex processes and influence cross‑functional partners.
