Key Responsibilities
Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies according to detailed specifications.
Position and align components using templates, measurements, or hoists.
Utilize hand tools or machines to assemble and secure parts with precision.
Conduct quality control checks to verify proper fit and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals.
Accurately record production data and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred.
VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required
Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment.
Capability to lift parts, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
