Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure a seamless experience.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote relevant services or products.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately by updating customer records, logging interactions, and maintaining detailed documentation in our systems.
• Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling or order placements with precision and integrity.

Requirements

• Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate clearly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and record management.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills that ensure quick, accurate data entry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems or processes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
