We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records through data entry in CRM systems
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Support outbound calling campaigns to promote products or gather customer feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a strong plus; bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is preferred
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Outbound calling experience is desirable but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
