programs in agile environments.

Job Summary The RPA Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities. The role involves translating business processes into clear functional requirements and design artifacts to support successful RPA implementations.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills 10+ years
of overall IT experience 8+ years
as a
Business Analyst
in enterprise / IT environments 2+ years
of hands-on experience as an
RPA-focused Business Analyst Strong understanding of
RPA tools
such as
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Experience creating: Process Design Documents (PDD) Solution Design Documents (SDD) User stories & acceptance criteria Strong skills in
process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for RPA initiatives Identify automation opportunities and conduct
process assessments Create detailed
PDDs, SDDs, and user stories Collaborate with RPA developers and stakeholders throughout delivery Support
Agile ceremonies
and ongoing enhancements
