Job Description Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Lead role focusing on configuring and customizing ClaimCenter, providing solutions for Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation and optimization backlog items, and coaching cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Understand and elaborate user stories.
Develop and test Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog items.
Configure and customize ClaimCenter application.
Quickly resolve issues.
Coach, lead, monitor, mentor, and support team members.
Review code and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development with at least 2 projects as a Configurator/Configuration Lead.
Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME‑level knowledge).
Provide solutions to Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog items.
Must have Guidewire Associate certification.
Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud concepts necessary.
Strong P&C Insurance Domain knowledge with a focus on Claims.
Knowledge of Claims Financials preferred.
Adaptable and flexible working under changing environments.
Excellent written and oral communication skills plus presentation skills.
Ability to be cross‑functional across work streams with experience in Agile.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attitude to learn new items quickly.
Proven ability to work with changing priorities.
Lead from the front, proactive, and get‑the‑job‑done attitude.
