Up to $130,000 base + 10% bonus 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees 50% coverage for dependents and immediate family 401(k) with company match About the Role Our client, a growing company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join their fully remote finance team. This position is open to candidates across the U.S. While the role is remote, those not local to Dallas will be expected to travel to HQ on a quarterly basis for in-person team meetings and collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in delivering financial insights, building scalable reporting processes, and partnering with leadership to drive decision‑making in a PE‑backed environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning. Prepare monthly reporting packages and variance analyses for management and investors. Partner with business leaders to provide insights on performance, profitability, and margin improvement opportunities. Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI development. Assist in preparing materials for board presentations and private equity sponsor reporting. Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance FP&A capabilities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to align financial planning with business objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus). Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, Anaplan) a plus. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience in PE‑backed or high‑growth environments strongly preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while building strong cross‑functional relationships. Seniority Level
