A full‑time Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to cover a maternity leave in elementary schools located in Anaheim, CA. This contract role runs from February 2, 2025, to June 5, 2026, with dates subject to change. The opportunity involves working onsite at two elementary school sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech‑language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist
Support students' communication needs in diverse elementary school settings
Adapt and manage caseloads in response to changing school requirements
Collaborate with educators and other professionals to foster student progress
Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school policies
Qualifications and Experience
Active SLPA license required
Previous experience working in school settings preferred
Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different school sites
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to accommodate potential schedule and caseload adjustments
