About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing key accounting processes, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities Billing and Revenue
Book monthly revenue entries
Issue invoices for cash projects.
Cash Management
Prepare cash entries and reconciliations.
Inventory and Fixed Assets
Reconcile inventory counts and adjust balances as needed.
Update Fixed Assets schedule for newly acquired assets and post depreciation entries.
Update prepaid amortization schedules and prepare related journal entries.
Capitalize and amortize software development costs.
Credit Card & Prepaid Transactions
Review, record, and reconcile credit card transactions (Amex & Mastercard).
Accounts Payable
Monitor AP inbox and verify accuracy of bill uploads.
Account Reconciliations
Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
3‑5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
