Position Summary The Senior Accountant will support the finance team by ensuring the timely, accurate preparation of financial information across multiple business lines. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate accounting records while supporting management with reporting and financial planning needs.
Key Responsibilities Month-End Close
Record monthly journal entries, including prepaid amortization, allocations, invoice accruals, and other adjusting entries
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules using general ledger data
Record and reconcile e-commerce activity and credit card transactions
Reconcile bottle deposits/TOMRA
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions
Record and reconcile inventory
Prepare monthly financial statements for all business units
General Accounting
Prepare reporting for third parties (licensors, sponsorship partners, etc.) and internal management
Provide financial and administrative support to the CFO/CEO, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis
Support reporting needs for additional business ventures
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Accounts Receivable
Prepare quarterly royalty billings
Bill deliveries and send invoices to customers
Monitor collections and follow up with customers
Record customer payments
Process intercompany invoices
VAT Returns
Provide supporting documentation to external accountants for:
Quarterly United Kingdom VAT returns
Monthly France VAT returns
Additional Duties
Complete other finance, accounting, or administrative tasks as needed
