Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Newport Beach, CA, with some remote work flexibility.
The Executive Assistant will support by managing schedules, preparing meeting materials, confidential correspondences with both the new venture, his SFO, and peers as well as coordinating travel arrangements.
Additional responsibilities include creating expense reports, organizing office activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks to support daily operations effectively
Strong skills in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with executives and team members
Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in office software tools (Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite) and technology
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
