Brief Job Overview The Senior Technical Manager will support the Director, MCH Market Access and Systems Strengthening on a donor‑funded project that aims to increase access to quality assured medicines. The Senior Technical Manager will assist in designing and managing activities related to demand generation and strengthening supply chain management related to maternal health medicines. The Senior Technical Manager will also support activities in Latin America.

This is a Fixed Term position with an end date of 06/30/2029 How will YOU create impact here at USP? Senior Technical Manager Responsibilities

Design and implement activities related to demand generation, procurement and supply chain management in collaboration with the Director of MCH Market Access and Systems Strengthening

Provide technical support to country teams

Engage with key stakeholders to raise awareness of project activities and progress and identify opportunities for synergy

Hire and supervise consultants and sub‑grantees as relevant

Document project progress and prepare donor reports

Represent the project in external meetings or workshops

Support implementation of activities in Latin America

Engage in other project activities as requested

Who is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, and the following competencies and experience:

Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Public Health, or related field.

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of global public health related to medical products.

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working on donor‑funded projects.

Experience working in LMICs, preferably in Africa and Latin America.

Good communication skills (oral and written).

Fluency in Spanish.

Additional Desired Preferences

Experience in working with the Pan American Health Organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities None, this is an individual contributor role.

Compensation Base Salary Range:

USD $123,400.00 – 156,550.00

annually.

Target Annual Bonus: % varies based on level of role.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job‑related reasons.
