✔️ Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

✔️ Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and support cutover activities before go-live.
✔️ Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
