We’re seeking a WRICEF SAP Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) across SAP modules. This role partners with functional teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver scalable, high‑quality technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Base pay range
$100.00/hr – $175.00/hr Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of WRICEF objects across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.). Translate business requirements into technical specifications with functional consultants. Manage development, testing, deployment, and integration of WRICEF components. Conduct code reviews, enforce SAP standards, and optimise performance. Coordinate data migration, UAT, and post‑go‑live support. Mentor and guide onshore/offshore SAP developers. Participate in project planning, estimation, and timeline management. Required Skills
Strong ABAP/ABAP OO skills, BAPIs/BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, CDS Views. Experience with SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms/SmartForms, and interface technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs). Hands‑on experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, BTP, or other middleware integrations. Familiarity with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit). Leadership experience in SAP implementations or upgrades. Preferred
SAP S/4HANA project experience, Fiori/UI5, cloud integration. Global or multi‑module rollout experience. SAP certifications (ABAP, Integration, S/4HANA).
