Cheshire Medical Center is seeking an experienced
ICU RN
skilled in managing high-acuity adult patients. This role requires strong proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, arterial lines, and hemodynamic monitoring. ICU nurses may occasionally float to PCU based on acuity and census needs. This is a great match for a clinically strong ICU RN who is adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a community hospital aligned with Dartmouth Health. Required Experience
2+ years recent ICU experience

IV drips & vasoactive medications Ventilator management Hemodynamic monitoring
Charge or preceptor experience
preferred Must have the ability to float to PCU Must have personal vehicle Certifications Required
BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NIHSS Shift & Scheduling
12-hour shifts (schedule provided at interview) Block scheduling not permitted 48-hour guarantees not offered Every other weekend required Holiday coverage required if needed All RTO must be submitted
